Access and licensing

MobileDesk access is licensed, not sold. Trial and paid access may be limited by duration, device registration and acceptable-use rules. Expiration locks entitlement but is not intended to delete the local MobileDesk profile.

Third-party applications

MobileDesk is independent from third-party Android applications and services. App availability, DRM, emulator detection, Play Integrity, hardware-backed security and provider policies may affect compatibility.

Billing

Paid access is activated only after server-side payment verification. Prices and promotional eligibility are displayed before purchase. The annual promotional plan does not create lifetime access.

Responsible use

Users must comply with law, application terms and intellectual-property rights. MobileDesk must not be used to bypass security, fraud controls or protected-content restrictions.

Production legal text remains subject to final Philippine legal/privacy review before general public launch.
